“She Builds” projects are chosen by, planned by, and built by women.
Word has it some neighbors were watching skeptically, wondering if it would be done right.

On September 18th, Rebuilding Together Muscatine County held its very first “She Builds”.
“She Builds” is a Rebuilding Together program set up BY women FOR women.
Eight ladies (and two gentlemen helpers) joined in the fun.
They came from differnt walks of life, and varying levels of knowledge and abilities.
By the end of the project, all had added to thier building knowledge, made new friends, and helped a neighbor to gain easier access to her home.
Well done gals. Can’t wait for the nex time!
