When he isn’t at his “Real job”, Frank Iliff spends his time and talents doing the thing he loves to do, What he would like to do when he grows up; Assisting those in need and making old people cry! On Saturday April 26th, Rebuilding Together Muscatine County participated in its eighth year of National Rebuilding Together Day builds. The day came on cool, sunny and beautiful. The volunteers joined with almost two hundred affiliates nation wide, and came ready to make a difference in the lives of complete strangers.
